These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jl777ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jl777ph website located at jl777ph.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on jl777ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the jl777ph platform from time to time.

jl777ph reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access jl777ph's real-money gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jl777ph. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jl777ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl777ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jl777ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jl777ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

jl777ph may, at any time, require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl777ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. jl777ph does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any payment method.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits to jl777ph must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to another person — are not permitted. jl777ph reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the Banking section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. Where this is not possible, jl777ph may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jl777ph reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns.

4.4 Processing Times

jl777ph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Banking section. Processing times are indicative and may be affected by factors outside jl777ph's control, including bank processing delays, public holidays, and compliance review requirements. jl777ph will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on jl777ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be conducted at rates determined by jl777ph at the time of the transaction.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jl777ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to your jl777ph account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Real-money balances are wagered before bonus balances unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl777ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and employing low-risk betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing genuine play. Where bonus abuse is identified, jl777ph reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

jl777ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its modification will generally be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, provided those terms have not been superseded by a material correction.

6.1 Game Availability

jl777ph's game library, including live casino tables, slots, bingo rooms, esports betting markets, and the Go Rush category, is provided subject to availability. jl777ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or market and reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, jl777ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to your account. Winnings arising from software errors or malfunctions are not payable. jl777ph's decision in relation to any malfunction is final.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and markets on jl777ph. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, stake level, and table. jl777ph reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account where jl777ph, in its sole discretion, determines this to be necessary.

6.4 Esports & Sports Betting

All sports and esports wagers placed on jl777ph are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section. In the case of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement rules specific to each sport or esports title apply. jl777ph's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl777ph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with jl777ph games or services;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game environment;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using jl777ph's payment infrastructure;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering using false, stolen, or fictitious identity information;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the jl777ph platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with jl777ph's platform, servers, or infrastructure;
• Attempting to access jl777ph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or from behind a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl777ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the jl777ph platform, including but not limited to the jl777ph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of jl777ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl777ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jl777ph content without the prior written consent of jl777ph.

jl777ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl777ph may disclose your personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl777ph, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jl777ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform unavailability;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any errors in game outcomes that are corrected under the Malfunction Policy in Section 6.2.

jl777ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to jl777ph in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl777ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11.1 Termination by jl777ph

jl777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl777ph reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• It is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation.

Upon termination for cause, jl777ph may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances confirmed as legitimately won will be returned to you following completion of the relevant investigation and KYC requirements, subject to applicable legal holds.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jl777ph account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.

jl777ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jl777ph will notify registered players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights) may be made without individual notice.

Your continued use of the jl777ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jl777ph and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jl777ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise any dispute with jl777ph's customer support team. jl777ph commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt. jl777ph's complaint handling process is described in the FAQ section of the platform.
